how old were you when you got your first camaro?

I was 15 also, bought myself an 89 RS for 600$. It was not my first vehicle, but it was my first camaro. I didn't really drive it till I was 17 though, my dad would pay insurance on the truck he gave me, but said I had to pay it on the camaro if I wanted to drive it. I worked on it till my senior year and got it perfect before I drove it to school.

Now 14 years later, I have a collection of 10 camaros and that 89 is probably the nicest, since I took the time and effort to get it right, Hopefully I can spend the time on the others to make them just as nice.

I bought my first Camaro when I was 19. A 1993 Z-28 loaded out...yes...I bought it myself with no help from anyone. Then my 2010 at 38. I had kids at 24/25 so I was out of the sports car thing from then till now. I still have little ones, but the youngest is 7 in April, so luckily my wife doesn't mind driving the Sienna. She's good to me.

I was 20 when I ordered my 73 Z28 on January 2, 1973. I was 21 when I took delivery over 4 months later in early May. No computers, no internet, no forums. Damn long wait.
