Hard top, in CT there is not all that many days you can enjoy a vert, even in the summer you can't leave the top down when you're not driving since it rains at the drop of a hat at times without warning. I like the look with the top down, but hate the look of a rag top up. I imagine it to be pretty cold in the fall and winter months.

How often have you been driving along in a vert and have a bird drop a surprise on you?

I like my head...lol...so I'll stick with a coupe. And like others have stated...I just don't care for the look of the convertible with the top up.

Cool

I prefer the hardtop with sunroof, but it was an IOM vert that was sitting in the showroom that convinced me to go with IOM with interior upgrade.

I also ride Harleys, alot of people think it's cool (temperature wise) because you are out in the open and have all this air blowing on you. Well, I'll tell you what, there's nothing worse than riding on a hot summer day, the sun beating down on you, and the only shade you get is when the sun goes behind a cloud. It can be a real cooker.

Therefore, I prefer a hardtop, but it has to have a sunroof in it.

I like them both. Convertible wasn't around yet when I bought mine. Still, up here in Seattle, I'll pass. Maybe if I was down south...

One more bad thing about a convertible, you can't go shopping or park it anywhere, and leave valuables laying around. You better raise the top, otherwise you may come back and find things missing. I'm sure it's a simple task, raising the roof, but it's still gotta be a hassle.
