What does that conversion kit come with? What's included? Is it easy to install? Do you have any pics?

Thanks!

those must have been the xenon bulbs only... same gas, but does not have the 25,000 volt ballast amplifying the light.

Captain,

The HID kit comes with the bulbs, ballasts, and plug and play wiring harness. There is also a low beam kit available which comes with the bulbs, ballasts, and plug in connectors.

They are MUCH brighter than the stock lights... about 300% actually.

the install was only about 45 minutes. the bulbs are very accessable!

People, is it really that hard to understand???

RS equiped cars = Fog lights are daytime running lights that go off at night and the HID lights turn on. Halo rings are strictly cosmetic and you can not have the fog lights on while the HIDs are on(easy to rewire). The HID lights are ALOT brighter then regular headlights but when you are looking at them they may not look as bright because they are in a projector housing wich projects the beam instead of reflecting it from all the angles like the halogens do.

Non-RS cars = Halogen headlights are the daytime running lights and stay on all the time unless you turn them off. They look brighter when you are looking at them because of all the diffrent angles that the light is reflecting off of.

Aftermarket HIDs will be just as bright as the factory ones but most of the aftermarket projector housing wont take a HID bulb. So getting HID lights will be pretty cheap but if you want the HALO lights and projector HIDs from aftermarket good luck, you might was well just order factory RS headlights from the parts counter and an aftermarket HID kit. You can get either the brightness of the HIDs or the look of the projectors and halos from aftermarket but to get both with be almost impossable without just ordering OEM stuff.

so just another question. the HIDs change from low to high, by smething physically moving inside the light set up...right? thats why the lows have the flat line cut off, but the highs dont...true?

I doubt this is an HID conversion for that price. There are many bulb manufactuers that are selling the bulbs that are bluer and brighter. I put them in my GTO. I have HID on my Murano and it is a lot better than the bulb only conversions. Also the focused beam is very nice.

yes, true... the factory projection housings have a flap inside the housing that moves up and down to show more or less light when you flash the high beams.

Do you know what number in the fuse box the DRL's are ? Because it days 50 for the foglights but it didn't do anything for mine

on a stock RS without any re-wiring, is it possible to have the halos on at any time?

Yes, just turn the lighting switch once to the left and the halos will be on. The DRL's will not be on but just the Halo's
