So far here's the only customer service I've got, still trying to get them to send me the $1 switch I can't find at an auto parts or radio shack!

You program the remote by going inside the car to access the main halo
switch, and turn it off (center). *Then with one hand press and hold the
brightness up and brightness down buttons at the same time on the remote,
then with the other hand (or an assistant) flip the switch to turn on the
halo module. *Keep holding the remote buttons for a few seconds more, then
release and see if it now responds. *If it still doesn't, try pulling the
battery out of the remote for a few seconds, reinstall, then try the relearn
again. *We've noticed a few times it takes a couple tries to program the
remote to some modules, but usually its not a problem. *Sometimes it helps
to have the remote close to the module when doing it. *Also sometimes the
red light on the remote does not turn on when doing it, so try it both ways.
It may take a couple tries,

Got it to work. I put it on battery then messed with the wires coming out of the harness. Guess I had them plugged in to the wrong ones.

It's when you get a flash with car off, that switch position is battery. Flash with car on, switch position is ignition. So your getting a flash? turn remote on,select color. You've probably already done this, right?

I know Jeremy had been talking with you and the last thing we heard was you were going to get a switch locally. We're more than happy to send you a switch. Please send your info to orders@jdpmotorsports.com and we'll get one in the mail.

We've had a few small issues with a very small number of kits but all in all they have been great. We've worked very hard to get everyone taken care of that has had issues and we're always available via phone, email or PM to answer questions. We appreciate everyone's support and have a great evening.

Kind regards,

Jordan Priestley

We're on stand-by and can only hope. Generally when I check UPS tracking it will say "On the truck, out for delivery." Today it only says:

Scheduled Delivery:
Thursday, 04/12/2012, By End of Day
Last Location:
Indianapolis, IN, United States, Wednesday, 04/11/2012

Long as I have it by tomorrow as I have plans made for my install on Saturday.

It's cool to go by the video instructions in that order, but if I could do it all over again, I would do the headlights first, because everything else regarding the install is very simple.

Not a problem. It's up to you to decide how you want to tackle the project. It will honestly be more simple if you go step by step via video instructions, but the thing that sucked for me was building all the confidence running the harness, drilling/mounting the control box, etc. just to get to the headlights, and be cursing and getting upset for hours trying to put the LED in the heak sink, LOL!

One small thing I noticed that was different with my kit was the rubber sticker that you put in the hole you poked in the headlight, hard to explain that.... Mine was just a black square. The one in the video looked like it was cut to shape around the wire for better water protection. I'm going to cut mine to fit, did anyone else have theirs a square or just me? Did I miss the part in the video that said you needed to cut it? Lol.
