hey all so if you want to cruesify me im here ! again i am sorry just want this to be as good as last falls show if not better and i just cant put this show on knowing chances for severe weather keeps going up now they are saying 70 % chance the begining of the week it was only 40 % so im sorry ! on a side note if we would like to do some type of get together maybee find some town where in the middle of every one im in let me know ?

Okay, this is where I stand currently with the name choices. If we truly want to be all inclusive with our name, i.e. no mention of 5th gen, then technically there shouldn't be a 5 in ICE 5. It should just be ICE, Iowa Camaro Enthusiasts. On the other hand, I realize we have a few folks that don't have Camaros or have Camaros from previous generations (I am one of them), however, we all did meet here on the Camaro5 forum so I kind of feel our name should resemble that fact. Tricky tricky, I will have to ponder some more. I will return with my answer tomorrow while you all give me you input on my thoughts. Peace.

paul i dont think you have anything to worry about. most everyone on here will not drive there cars knowing it is going to rain with the chance of having severe weather. i am one of them. the only draw back is that there are 2 other shows next weekend. i am still coming over to karls as i have some friends i am going to see after the show!!

Yeah Paul, don't worry about it man. You did what was best in the interest of the entire group. Yeah you will have a few less cars but you will have an overall better show next weekend. I won't be able to make it as I will be at the car show in Cedar Rapids and then afterwards I will be at a wedding reception.

If the weather is not going to be horrid, I may be interested in going to Peoria. I don't mind drying my car between light showers off and on. However, hail and downpours all day = NO THANKS.

So glad to hear about the early cancellation, was just about to post that it was a no go for the show for me. I watched the noon weather and it didn't look pretty. I came home to grab the Camaro real quick and head back to Boone and was going to have to leave it parked outside the next 2 days-YIKES!! So am hoping all goes better next weekend. James what ever gets decided on a name I think that logo you came up with is the best by far, and can be incorperated in whatever gets picked.
