I immediately called Ziv who told me it was not done and they had to order parts! This was after waiting all afternoon!

Needless to say I've not been back to see Ziv and did my best to convey this poor experience when they called me for a survey. Now Peter, on the other hand, I've had a couple good experiences with. This probably points to both a poorly run service dept (or at least inconsistently run) and a failure on GMs part to effectively manage and communicate with its dealers. I've been to Lund Cadillac many times in Phx and always been treated great (not for a Cadillac but for my wife's old Saab).

But if you have to go to Watson, Peters your best bet.

Was going to wash my car today, was too windy and she doesn't look too bad, spray her down tomorrow and get those windows done...

Looks like tomorrow should be sunny at 70 degrees, Sunday is a good day!
