It's really easy. Just take the 2 screws each from the front and the back wheel wells. Then pull from the bottom to pop out the clips and pull from the sides. It will definitely break some clips but you have news ones with your kit. About a 30 min swap for both

Oh okay cool. Thanks! Sounds really simple. I had a feeling I'd have to take the wheel well screws out anyway. And yeah, I've got the bag of clips in my office right now.

where can i pick up a set of these and what kind of material are they made of? I plan on painting the upper part VR and lower keeping it black

They're plastic. I ordered mine from gmpartshouse. Hit up Patrick. They have a thread in the vendor for sale section in exterior parts.

Triple B...they look good! I thought I might have mine by now, but I haven't heard back from my painter yet.

So you're getting a ZL1 front end? I'd almost like to take that SS front bumper off your hands...especially since its in ABM already lol. But I'd have to erase that SS mail slot.

No problem man! I wasn't really "looking" in the first place, but I have always loved the way the lower lip looks on the SS front end, so I thought I'd mention it lol. I'm sure shipping alone would be pretty expensive.

Yeah it's big. The box would be huge. Not sure how much shipping would be, but I could see maybe a couple hundred? Just cause of the size of the box.

They've always been called rockers. A rocker panel exists on every car. Side skirts, I would say, are a newer term referring to a piece of a body kit.

OK, so I told you guys that I'd upload pics once my ZL1 rockers got installed. Finally got them back this week and installed on thursday evening.

Wanted to take the car out and get some good shots in the sun, but they aren't predicting any sunny days around here for a week so I just got her out into my drive and took some quick shots.

I think it looks awesome, even more so in person. Its adds some great "modern muscle" like appearance to the car. Very happy!

Once I decide on a spoiler for the car, I think that will really round out the overall package
