I think most non Camaro owners just don't understand the meaning behind RS, Z28, IROC, SS and etc. They only know that the Z28 or SS are the high performance versions. I know I have heard of stories of people thinking 5th gen RS's had V8's or was a performance version.

That's the questions I used to get in my "v6" 90' RS, "isn't the RS suppose to have the v8", people would ask. No

It's ALWAYS been referred to as Rally Sport. If they dont know what it means, they dont know much about the history of the camaro so just make somethign up to them. Rattle Snake edition, Road Smasher, Rocket Sizzler.....

LMFAO... that's f'ing awesome... I wish people asked my what SS meant... I'd have tons of cool BS terms to throw at them.

I always get the "is that an RS or an SS?" Most of the time I don't like to explain anything so I just say "it's not an SS", "it's an RS", or "it's a v6".
