Hit close to home for me because not only did I know them, but I rode/purchased my first motorcycle with the help of Brian Sugrim. Considered him an older brother of sorts for the longest time after graduation and was supposed to study with him for the FAA A&P.

Instead today I got the rating while he sits in prison for life; and had I known what I do now I'd honestly be in his place having shot the man after one of our rides when he got into a quite severe altercation with his wife.. knew where he kept one of his guns.

It's.. surreal to say the least.
