I was high bidder on the silver @msrp but someone leapfrogged me. I have been going back and forth on wether to throw a snipe on it. I don't want to pay over msrp but if it closed for 56,600 I might kick myself.

There a quite a few ZL1's listed onlne at Auto Trader too, many going for MSRIP. Some may be spoken for but not all, and there are times when a buyer backs out at the last minute.

Yep, ain't no way I would pay dealer markup for any car regardless of it's desireability. I would wait until the hubub dies down and buy it like any other car deal...expect a discount!!!!

Scumbags............$67K to $75K, and the one for $67K has mileage listed at 500 already. I hope no one even thinks about paying this much - just wait a few months a go for MSRP or less.

I actually found one at Red River Chevrolet in Shreveport that was below MSRP... fine print said you had to qualify for supplier pricing which I do. Called and it was already sold...:(

I have an allocation at MSRP... just have to wait it out I guess...

I am by no means a dealer but I am a owner if my own company and I can tell you that if guys will pay it there is no reason not to ask for it. I also am very good friends with the dealer that I bought my car from, an he said there was only just under 3000 difference in the invoice and msrp on my car
