Definitely would be a sweet addition to a pre 2013 thats for damn sure. My guess it would be way upwards of $1,000 though just judging off of the touch screen for the Silverado's and Tahoe's...

I'm not much of a tech jock but let's just say that the nav screen is something that im not digging by chance. Would I be able to change it out with something else from like Alpine, Sony or Kenwood? I know it's early but just curious.

I would assume no, because they will most likely integrate onstar etc into the radio again and also the a/c controls. This would put you back in the same spot as getting the scosche kit.

If that's the case, I won't complain about sticking to the staock 2013 screen then. I hope that they can get this to work on a 2010 and find something to do about the door locking mechanism.
