On Thursday's orders are available to the dealers. From that time until Tues, a dealer can place an order against that allocation. That will move the status from 1100 to 2000. Some dealers make those moves as soon as possible on Thurs, some wait for the cycle to occur Monday PM with the order showing changed on Tues AM. You may just want to touch base with them on Thurs to see if they have it available and if not, you'll be looking at a 2013.

My dealer assured me that he got allocation from another dealer that he knows very well to place the new order QHRNCZ and that this order should go through by Thursday. The reason why I asked you when your system updates is that maybe you see something that I can't with me just tracking it on GMconnect. If you have any other ways to track it could let you let me know, Thanks.
This order # doesn't come up at all. You may want to double check and
repost if you typed it in error. If they found someone to process the order
for you - good for you. It won't matter who initiated the order if in the end
you get the car

Thank you so much for the information you posted this afternoon. I had the events on Thurs and Tues backwards. I talked to my customer service rep and she went up the chain in her organization and was told that they can't influence the actual order process. The sales manager who placed the order won't take my calls or return them. He is one who has been telling me it is a 100% guaranteed deal but somehow it doesn't happen when he says it will.

I have a friend at another dealership seeing if they can sneak an order in. A couple of more days will tell. Then I may have to start this painfull process over again.

This crap is making me so upset and impatient that i almost feel like twlling my dealer to stick this 2012 up where the sun dont shine.....i feel like people are gonna recieve thier 2013's before i even get my 2012!!!!!!
