Seriously, love at first sight. My jaw dropped the night it was unveiled and stayed like that for a while.

Talk about an ugly steering wheel! Yikes! The rest of the car is pretty nice! Will the ABL actually see production or is this another bait and switch? Will the infotainment screen really go up for a place to hide your dope? Is the 2.4 and 2.5L varients 4 cylinders... I4 in that tank? Oh lord. Hope you aren't in a hurry.

The 2.4L eAssist is the same powertrain as the LaCrosse and it works just fine in that application. The 2.5L will probably generate around 200 HP.

It's a FWD full size family sedan. It's not a rip-your-face-off CTS-V or Corvette. It's not SUPPOSED to be fast. The LFX will move the car just fine for those who want more power. Look at the rest of the segment, Taurus, Avalon, Maxima...none of those are exactly performance-minded with the exception of the Taurus SHO, which is, by all intents and purposes, a niche product. If you want fast then you're going to want to wait for the Commodore. And regarding 4-cylinders, you're going to have fun with the 6th gen...

I won't owe a 6th gen. I guess I always hoped for a return of the 94-96 Impala SS. I understand it's a family sedan and not suppose to be "fast".

Are you looking at the same car I am? I'm not sure if your being serious or funny, but if your serious, I guess beauty really is in the eye of the beholder! and if your being funny, you had me believing you were serious when you first posted! lol...

2010 Camaro SS modified extensively. I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)
