Phasetek....Really though??

I placed an order for a 3D Carbon rear spoiler at 7am on Friday last week. Here it is Wednesday, April 25th, and the order still says "Processing".

Has anyone else dealt with them taking their sweet ass time processing and shipping orders?

I'm definitely going to make a call when they open at 10.

My experience is that Carbon Fiber is generally made to order. I have been waiting 3 weeks already for my RK Sport CF diffuser. I have ordered many things from them in the past and experienced good turn around on in-stock parts. My guess is it had to be made.

I'm glad you demonstrated your inability to read and interpret statements and inquiries on this forum. Go back and read my original post and please show me where I "Bashed" Phasetek. I will gladly paypal you 50$ if you manage to do that ; don't worry, I'll wait.

I haven't called them, because they are on CST, and I am on EST. And I do not "bash" people when I call them, that won't get your order shipped any faster.

Ohh by the way, I made some corrections in your grammar since you seem to lack at that too.

It's not a Carbon Fiber spoiler though ; the Spoiler is made by a company called "3D Carbon". The spoiler is normal composite/polyeurothane.

This was a couple months ago, but I ordered a bowtie delete from them and it took a month to get that. Never really had productive conversations about the details of the order with them, but I did receive the product and it was perfect. I think they are a "middle-man" company for some items where you buy through them and they send an order to the real manufacturer to have it shipped... or else they just don't stock everything they sell...

Luckily, I wasn't in a rush for my product and they were one of the only places selling it so it didn't bother me much but yeah, see if you can get a hold of them and hopefully everything works out

haha wow...I think is is implying that many people on here get irritated with people that post complaints or comments like this and don't contact the seller first to resolve the issue. Many vendors rely on forums for business and a bad wrap can hurt their business. Haha you made me laugh though

Thanks for the feedback! I'm also not in a rush to get the spoiler, I know they have processing procedures just like any other organization. I Just wonder sometimes what the hold up is from the time they recieve the order, to the time they identify it being in stock and processing the order for shipping.

I definitely understand where you are coming from on that. That's exactly why I didnt put one of those "red thumbs down" icons on my post, or start the thread title with "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE", because I wanted to :

1. See if anyone had similiar stories
2. See if a vendor would chime in and expedite the process or give me additional insight

What I did was in no way shape or form "bashing". The "harshest" thing I said was "taking their sweet ass time", which is not harsh at all.

I just don't care for immature forum members coming in my thread not contributing to it in any way, shape, or fashion. I see why some people's post counts are so high though, lol.

So you saying that they are takin there sweet ass time is a compliment and in no way disrespectful. Thanks for correcting my gramma I was really worried about this forum thinking I couldnt spell.

P.S. I put some more mistakes in there for you to correct so you have something productive to do instead of bashing/disrespeting a company that is taking there sweet ass time lmao.

Oh and you messed up So its in the beggining of my statement.

Hahaha, disrespecting a company by saying they are taking their sweet ass time? You are not too smart my friend.

I don't even know why you're continuing to come in my thread with irrelevant comments that have nothing to do with the purpose of the thread.

My suggestion to you, is just to tuck your tail between your legs, and quietly exit the thread, since you have nothing intelligent or contributive to say so far.

Give them a call and ask them why they are taking there sweet ass time and see how they respond to you. Make sure you say it exactly how you wrote it here. I was simply trying to let you know that you might want to call them first before you open a thread, no need to turn into an internet gangster. This will be my last post go good luck with your future purchase troubles because with that attitude you will have plenty.
