Yeah, we all know that anything can break at anytime and under the added stress of racing we know the odds go up. No one has said or implied otherwise. I have a friend whose driveshaft blew just driving down the road at 30 mph so clearly if you are doing burnouts & racing a car there are risks you know you are taking. On the other hand these cars are designed for high performance. Sometimes folks do really stupid things and wreck their cars by their own dumb choices but even then we feel badly for them. We simply care about our comrad and for the heartbreak of having his beloved car broken knowing how we would feel had it been us. He immediately said that he and his wife had talked about the risks involved as they were driving to the track & was very mature about it all.

It's not pity. It's called compassion. Yes it's a risk taken we all know the consequences for but when the worst happens we still show love to our camaro brother knowing how we would feel had it been ours.

Hey Ruby....Glad you guys had a good time. I came by at about 11:30 AM Nashville Time. I was hungover as Hell, Got Lost on those narrow country roads and had to stop at some little general trading post to ask where the track was. When I found it, I spoke to some guys and gals with Camaros and mustangs lined up already outside and they told me the Music City group had not arrived and didn't know when you guys would roll in so I booked on back to KnoxVegas. I had to attend a going away party for a fellow co-worker that evening. Sorry i didn't get to meet up with you all.:(

I almost forgot...my time slips. Sasuke is number 1367.
Time trial. First time down a track ever. Against JeffswhiteSS. Hard to see but my best reaction time ever: .0069 Against Gynatek. Lost due to break out but hit my best time of the night. So happy to just hit that 9 sec time on my first track day. Gynatek was impressive on the track btw. I think I would of had to have had Jeff's skills to take him out as close as he was to his time.
