Question CCFL Tail Lights

Hey guys, i need a little help. I have the CCFL Afterburners from AACstyle on my car, they are already in the lamps and mounted back on the car. My issue is that the instructions they sent me are for the older model of Afterburners.
Old ones: The old ones tell you to connect to the parking light (purple) and ground for each lamp (black), pretty simple.
New Ones: The new ones however have an inverter for each side. The CCFL Lights plug into the inverter then the inverter has a ground and a power wire.

Unfortunately for me the wires that connect to the tail lamps are a different color than the ones that connect to the main set of wires. Instead of there being yellow/black, Purple, and black, there is tons of new colors (none of which are purple or black).
Does anyone know what color i'm supposed to connect to?

Would it be okay for me to just look and see which ones connect to the purple and black at the plug? I do not know much about wiring. Various set backs has tuned this 4 hour job into a (already) 9hour job.
Thanks for any help or links or whatever.

You need to look at the plug that connects into the tail lamp. You should see a purple wire. Plug the positive wire from the inverter into that purple wire. Then connect the black wire from the inverter to the black wire in that same wire bundle. There should be 3 wires in the bundle going to the tail lamp. A purple, black, and then a silver one I believe. Either or you just need the purple wire and the black wire.

Yes it is one inverter for each pair of headlights.

Red wire from inverter goes to the purple wire that goes to the harness connected to the bulb. That's the drivers side. Then for the passenger side I believe the wire is brown.

This is correct. I found that T-taps worked best. I'm sorry i forgot to come back to this post. To be completely honest mine aren't even in yet because i have problems. lol.
But Stieger is correct on the wiring.
