Dealer has the sticker, he is just saying he doesn't! They all ship with the car!

No allocation at dealer, most likely. Or there is a constraint on the order.

I pre ordered in march. A 2lt rs auto at now at 3300. The car I'm picking up is the dealers delevered car, we arranged for me to take this one becuase I'm moving out of state and starting a new job on june 1st and it looks like my car won't be here. its the exact same car just sim not black. So what should I do?

I assume the vehicle still doesn't belong to the dealer. The dealer has to wait until it is invoiced to them. Thats your issue (I suspect). In that case, the dealer has no business making a deal for it. Do you have the VIN?

I'm guessing this car showed up with a sticker like trm0002's car did...

^^^^^^That is the law. Unless it has a completed window sticker the car cannot be delivered.

You could jump up and down in our showroom for hours and you're not getting your car unless it has the right sticker attached to the window.

Don't give your dealer a hard time for not wanting to get fined.

Exactly right. The dealer has no control over this. They have to wait until the invoice is released to them. No amount of harassment will change it. It's not their vehicle to sell yet. How'd you like me to borrow something from you and then try to sell it to someone else?
