Update: Car is back and fixed. Almost two grand in damage. I am presently a third year law student and have worked for the same law firm since 1998. (For those doing the math, yes I'm an old fart that decided to go back to school) So I think I have my legal bases covered. Went to the doctor and have whiplash and muscle spasms.

I'm sure he was. He was on it most of the time we waited for the police to show (which after two hours they never showed so we left)

Real sorry to hear that. I know all too well how you feel. I bought my 2011 2SS/RS brand new on July 1 2010. 6 weeks later I was rearended by some loser in a Dodge Durango with no insurance. I hadn't even made my first payment yet. To say I was pissed was an understatement.

Here I am, almost 2 years later, and all is well.

Good luck with the repairs and I really hope you get it fixed to your satisfaction!

Funny. He offered it if we would leave before the police got there so he wouldn't get a ticket. After we had exchanged information and I had confirmation from insurance that he was the at fault driver I didn't wait around any longer.
