My suspicion is that you will see the numbers in the days and weeks after. Of course I'm sure like any manufacturer they will make sure the event is presented under the best weather and track conditions possible so we'll still need to wait longer for owners stock numbers.

On the topic of ZL1's the writer (and racer) referenced was very impressed with the ZL1 at VIR. Thought it needed better seats though.


He felt that the biggest difference between the Camaro and the Mustang came down to the enthusiast demographic, feeling the Mustang had wider appeal in spite of currently losing the sales race. As to that, he credits pent up demand, a less fussy exterior design and better media exposure.

More popular? LMAO. The Camaro has been outselling the mustang since the 5th gen was first released in late 2009, with only a few months' exceptions.

This isn't the first thread where you've accused people of lying about quarter mile times in the ZL1, you did it in the thread where a guy ran a 12.02 with timeslip and in-car video.

Maybe you're not mad at the Camaro, maybe you're just mad at people who like/root for Camaros (which presumably is everyone on this forum). Either way, you seem to have a stick up your ass.

Unfortunately, I believe you aren't seeing clearly. And, you aren't alone. Lately, if someone questions the validity of a claim or (gasp) points out confusing and/or contradictory information, they are branded outright as trolls or enemies of GM, believing them to be liars. Pretty much... even for those of us that do own a Camaro.... It's a shame one can't even question things around here now with out getting threatened with deletion or having fire and brimstone rained down upon them.. Honestly, I've seen people get less upset over taking a deity's name in vain.
