Ok this car is so much better than the SS!! The shifts are smooth the clutch release is like butter. The throttle response is just plain nuts. This is the car that should have been released in 2010.
I love this car. I can't wait to show you guys.

What to do, what to do. June 23rd is the new date for the Shake, Rumble & Roll car show. It is also the date for the AZALLGENS 3rd anniversary party at Dave & Buster's in Phoenix. Which one to go to????

I'll be staying local on the 23rd. I was already registered for the car show before they had to move the date. Besides, it's just a few blocks from my house. It would be nice to get together with the folks up north again. We should plan a trip to the Pavilions one weekend soon.

Premium package with the ceramic stuff. Go To the auto mall location--had a couple friends with bad experiences at the NW store.

Put some SS wheels and tires on our LS today and what a difference. I didn't mind the steel wheels but the SS ones just made the car look so much better. I can definitely feel a difference though. Handling, steering response, and ride are all better but imho the car feels sluggish with them compared to the 18's. Oh well though. Now I just have to put the SS springs and sways on that I bought a while back.

I'm surprised you see an improvement in the ride, with less sidewall on the tires and more unsprung mass in those wheels. I'm also curious if you'd see a difference in top speed and MPG, having to spin more mass. We don't often think about it, but the wheel and tire combo is engineered as part of the car and mate to the drivetrain to give it the right ride and performance. The stock 20" wheels are pretty heavy, that's why I'm still looking for the right set of ultralight wheels before I buy.

It's like putting 36" mudders on a 4-cylinder Jeep. It looks like it will go anywhere, but it'll have a hard time getting above 50 MPH.
