I know the modability is important to some people and I certainly don't mean to disrespect those that do care. Maybe it's just that 1/4 mile times don't appeal to me.

Oh well, it's Friday, had a good week at work, an Mrs. Number 3 is getting ready for a night out. Not too bad at all....................unless you are Carol Shelby.

I told the wife tomorrow night we are going out for a ride, for some fun....., and for some much needed time out...to enjoy and just get away .<fun is a concept than can loose meaning with too much diligence to responsibility> It's Ok to be irresponsible once awhile...

...a mover and a shaker in the performance world he was...a true icon. He helped promote the high performance products that we all know today to the level where they are at, by forcing the competitors to match or beat his competition. An Icon passes, rest well Mr. Shelby.

Anything remotely related to BBQ, I use very low temps with long, slow cooking times. You can use dry rub spices from the beginning of the process, keep any sauces away until near the end of the process (like I add sauce to my pulled pork once it is cooked and pulled).
