The L99 sound is weak, to say the least. All that, for nothing. I'm going to have to buy an axle back exhaust just to get the right sound (no extra hp). When I use my remote start, I can barely tell it's running. My 1987 IROC stock had a more rumbling exhaust, and it was a 5.0. At full throttle, the 2011 SS is ok. At idle, it's quiet as a mouse. No bueno.
