They're selling for that in my area. But I also have a deal for a 1SS with the RS package/Boston system/etc.. for $2500 under sticker if I want it. I can get the 0% interest/72mo GM deal too.

I'd rather use that money for other things and keep my V6 daily driver. It would be dumb for me to do otherwise, in my opinion.

Beautiful car by the way
Don't worry, there's more of us in the exact same boat. Enjoy your V6, good gas mileage, and lower payment. I've been trying to talk myself into the SS because I can get a good deal on one, but I don't think I want the larger payment, bigger gas expense, repaying all the tax money again, and the depreciation on my car when I basically forget about the SS when I'm driving my RS. I have a 90 minute round trip to work and over the course of a year the SS would cost a lot more all things considered (not just gas, but payment, insurance, etc.) I have other hobbies that need that money...and it's nice not to be daily driving a gas hog V8 for a change (my first time). Does this mean that I definitely wont crack and upgrade to an SS at some point? Nope, maybe I'll talk myself into it one day, but for now, I really do forget about it once I'm behind the wheel and driving.... I enjoy driving the V6 Camaro very much and much more than my supercharged V8 Lightning. In fact, I haven't even driven the Lightning since getting the Camaro except for a few miles just to make sure the battery was charged. But to be fair, I'm just sick of driving the Lightning after owning two for the past eight years. I'm stoked just to be in something 100% different! Not to mention, it's my first car! (previously owned eight trucks in a row)

So just to clarify there was no upgrade. Now I need a drink and aspirin. Lol.

It was a fun read though, thanks.

just dont combine alcohol with Tylenol. the tylenol is worsse for your liver than the alcohol is and you would be asking for damage to be done.
My step aunt is currently dying from cirrhosis at age 45, because she would drink and then take tylenol after drinking and then again the next morning. she never even drank that heavily, but when you combine acetaminophen and alcohol, it can really take its toll on your liver.
