Speaking as someone who also kept his car outside his fraternity house, are you sure you want to do that? Even if you're a dry house with no wild weekend parties, you're still in a student neighborhood where every Friday night features hundreds of walking drunken property hazards, aren't you?

Thankfully we dont get much snow/ice in NC.
Bodywork rust is pretty much negligible down here
Current Z28 is first car I have ever seen with original exhaust after 15 years !

I am getting a LT2, so do I count?? I drive 60 miles round trip and hate to put all the miles on, if I can keep my current car, even tho it will give me 2 car loans I would like to do that and then alternate the two. Guess its up to the finance co at this point.

DD 34 miles each way daily. I'll alternate with my Tahoe during the winter to keep miles on each manageable. I'll get a significant fuel savings driving the Camaro over the Tahoe!

It will be my DD for a round trip of 18 miles per day. I plan on purchasing a "GET AROUND VEHICLE", Truck or Jeep in the future but for now I am just enjoying driving my Camaro.

DD for me April thru Oct 90 miles round trip. Then put in storage for the winter and will be driving my 2500 HD.
