Pro Stock John provided a link to one of my threads on CorvetteForum regarding us Corvette owner's useage of GTO/CTS spares for front runners.
Specifically, for me...a Z06 owner, the 18" CTS spare is the wheel of choice as it will clear my front brake calipers....an issue Brembo Camaros will have as well I suspect. As an FYI, Camaro hub and bolt pattern : Wheel Adapter Configuration********************* 2011 Chevrolet Camaro_SS Your Bolt Pattern: 5x120mm Your Hub Diameter: 66.9mm This is the same as the CTS Cadillac, but you'll probably need additional caliper clearance as I do on the Z06. Because the wheels are hub centric (and it's the hub that supports the weight of the vehicle), I would suggest you do as we do and order custom wheel adapter which are hub centric. They can be ordered with a minimum thickness of 19mm, have the proper wheel studs already installed, and will properly support the weight of the vehicle instead of putting all that weight on your wheel studs (which can be a dangerous proposition on a nose heavy car). I don't know if this board has restrictions on posting vendor info, so if the link gets removed you can PM me for the link. http://www.motorsport-tech.com

I'd be personally trying a set of them but I'd want taller tires than 26's... :(

Just not a big fan of the look on a 5th gen with 26's. :(

I wouldn't want v6 brakes in the front of my car. Not trying to stop at 140 mph in a short distance. In the back it's fine but it's nice to have the brembos up front. The best thing would just to be to get a set of drag wheels. Swapping brakes for a day of track racing seems crazy. At least to me.
