80+ mile commute a day... plus weekend road trips... I love my car, and I drive the heck out of every vehicle I own.

PITA to change....... I paid 200 for the entire kit with the controller, I would guess the LED's are about 30 a piece....

That's not difficult at all. The hhr I drive everyday has almost 66,000 miles and it's 2 years old. My dad used to go to north Carolina and Miami a lot so the miles rack up. Pluss we also went to Canada for the camaro homecoming in it.

i drive 100 mile round trip to work each day and it adds up... plus a couple of vacations withing driving distance: Vegas 300 miles each way, our place in laughlin 300 miles each way. it adds up. and i wasn't as bad as some i was at about 28K each year.

i had to trade cars with the wife 6 months ago and drive her camry since she is only 5 minutes from work... i think a little part of me dies each day

not sure the 4th gen with an ls1 was a 200K+ mile car... i wonder what some of the vettes are up to with the ls3? we are heavier which would have a negative impact...

seems to me i remember a post a few months into production where someone had to change one and the whole front end had to come off, and it would be a $1000 job out of warranty.?

I drive with my halo's on, have it wired so my drl halos come on with the headlight halos. Love the look!
My commute is only 46 miles round trip and I just rolled over 20k. Mine's parked 5 months out of the year too. I bought it in 7/10.

May be a dumb question from a new owner. How do you just turn on the Halos?

Turn the light knob on the left side of the steering wheel one click to the right-- to the parking light icon. Halos, taillights and sidemarkers are now on!
