I haven't tried Ted yet but will soon. As far as the what they did. The dealer pulled off the exhaust, tightened up the heat shield and put the exhaust back on. I dont think they would have needed to touch the headers. I put the stock plug wires back on and its still running the same

i don't see how they could of messed anything up if they didn't touch the headers. only other thing i could think of is if they messed with the driveshaft and now you have a vibration.

Where dies the vibration seem to come from? Could be exhaust touching something else solidly causing a vibration and not a rattle. If it seems to be coming from the engine, check the wires on the rear O2 sensors do you know if they were shut off in the tune? The vibration could also just be something you are sensing and not abnormal since the rattle is gone and you are hearing it run "normally" for the first time without the rattle.

I just spent an hour removing the exhaust and putting it back on and the vibration seems to be gone. While the exhaust was off, i decided to drive around the block with open headers and the vibrations i had been feeling at certain speeds was about 10 times worse. So i dont really know what i fixed or how i did but it's gone, so thank you guys
