A big thanks to Jeff and Matt at Gustman Chevrolet in Kaukauna, WI. for keeping the ship on an even keel thoughout this whole process. Sold at MSRP. Great dealership and great people to do business with. Consider me a happy customer!

First post.... long time follower. You all have a great community here and it will be a pleasure to be part of it. The 2012 I had ordered got bumped into 2013 MY and my dealer contacted my on Thursday to say he has the allocation open and ready to go!!! Below is what I show on GM workbench.

Event Date Event Status
05/17/2012 (1102) Order entered via web.
05/17/2012 (1100) Order placed at dealership. Order passed GM edit tables but dealer has not received allocation to place order.
05/17/2012 (2000) Order accepted by GM. Dealer used allocation to place order into production.
05/18/2012 (2030) Order edited or modified.

My SIM ZL1 #1357 was built on 5-16 and is currently at 4B00. It shouldn't be long now!

Ask your sales person what the expected delivery date on the invoice is. Mine said it was the 24th but GM Connects says it still in the lot at the factory (4B00). Trying to get the dealership to check with Customer Service for a rail car number but they (dealership) have not responded yet.

On 22May I received my allocation for my 2013 ZL1. Black with black wheels, exposed hood, manual trans, and every option available. i wanted the Nav, but I'm settling for the touch screen stereo.

QJPGH4. They tell me she will be ready for delivery in August. Too bad I will still be in Afghanistan...

But that just means my dad will pick her up and be there when they drive her off the truck and break her in for me. Then, when I get back in October, I can drive her like I'd want to from the start

!

I will name her Elvira.
