Not sure. It was a dyno day event. Tuner said it looked like the car was pulling timing with them open. Said if he ever custom tunes the car they can make the KR less sensitive. Hey strange things happen all the time.

Did you guys dyno it back and forth , open and closed?

Yes, the last dyno run was with them closed and the car picked back up some of the RWHP. Look if the OP wants to install cut outs more power to him... or not. I personally think they make a car sound like crap. It doesn't sound like a muscle car with out a cam.
