Just a thought, but the club could always have a yearly fee with two treasures. Not saying I dont trust one of us, but just so others dont think one individual is in control of all the money. The money used could help fund the website or could always be used as a gift to car shows such as the nordstrom or camo courageous shows.

Remember everybody about the shirts, black, white, light steel(grey), navy blue, and kelly green are the only colors that DO NOT require a minimum order of 6. ALL other colors do.

That could be a problem with taxes and other kinds of things.

Right now we're only 31 members too. We shouldn't put the cart before the horse.

You can do it James ! As long as its a non profit organization you don't have to worry about taxes for a club Kathy AKA little woman use to work for IRS and she is an part time accountant she could let us know all about that stuff but like James said still low numbers as far as members are concerned ! also gates open at 5:00 for grounds !

Sounds like a candidate for treasurer to me.

But lets keep away from membership fees. They scare people off.

I agree with holding off membership fees, but how are we going to raise money for the clubs basic needs? I could see a future issues with the same group of people always paying for things. I am just trying to figure out something now so that it is fair for everyone and our club stays strong.

James, you never saw a horse pushing a buggie?

No I can't say I have seen that. But I've seen a peanut stand, even a rubber band, I've even seen a needle wink it's eye. But I be done seen about everything when I see an elephant fly.

We could do car washes, bake sales, etc or just have members drop a buck or two in the bucket when special projects come up.

Like the one I'm working on now. We're up to $17. THANKS to all who have contributed so far!!!
