Congrats and welcome, Shes a beauty! Im pretty sure the wheels are aluminum allow of some sort, Im not sure if the ones on the 45th are painted or not, if they are, any kind of car wash soap is fine, even polish, dont use mag cleaner on painted wheels (if they are in fact painted)

Welcome, 45th owner as well. Rims are aluminum, painted in Charcoal Silver. I use a paint brush to get in the nooks and crannys. Works great!
