This is going to be my first year there. Noobie question: will there be food at the event or should I pack my own?

I've updated roll-out times from the rally points. Note, these are the times I would like to leave the rally points, not the time everyone should be getting to them. I've also put some details into the E. Square Mall info. For those of you going straight to the Mall, try to get there around 8:15 (PaulSS, if you want to make it earlier, let me know) so you can all be lined up before the rest of use get there.

united1, that means you and your helpers / family will need to get there accordingly to set up. I can't thank you enough for doing the ground layout. Just make sure you have a print out of the "authorization letter" like last year

Yea, we ran a little behind last year. But I think this year we can be more on time since we worked out times last year. The line up and picture taking, once those of us from the North and West showed up, was only about 20minutes, so it went pretty well. See my above post. I've moved up the time table by 15mins, but if everyone can be on time to the rally points, we'll be golden to hit the show by 9:15 - 9:30 at the latest.

This is just an idea....but I would actually put a "meet at" Time and then the "leave" time..... that way there is no confusion on what time is what....and if your late...well........
