It keeps looking better and better. Other than the little lines in the tail lights, I see no difference at all between this and the concepts lights.
Can't wait for it to hit the streets because I KNOW it will be so sick with a small lip spoiler and the halos with HID's that I hope for. Where does everyone see that this car is on FL?? I need to keep my camera with me just in case. |

Don't worry, there's lots of us that wont be able to get the Camaro we want for a while. I plan on living vicariously through the others that post pics and videos starting in a year or so. Also, whatever the situation you're in now, things can change alot in a years time

Well my faith is restored (did I lose it?!). Fantastic.
To me, all the "little" things that people go on about (lights, gas cap, vents) become completely irrelavant when pics like these come out. Sure, you notice, but do you care? Hell no. I cannot believe those are 20 inch wheels though - they look....small. I'm sure they don't in the metal. Anyway, if this doesn't come to the UK... I. Will. Be. Upset. Oh, and as for orangepeel.. have you seen Ferraris recently? Even they have it - modern water-based paints ain't what the old oil-based ones used to be.

1) upgrade the brakes. 2) Pay for a professional wet-sand and re-clear coat of the factory paint. 3) consult with <MANY> aftermarket tuner-manufacturers to make this Camaro what YOU wanted it to be. 4) Enjoy MANY years of <Whoo Hoo!!!> ownership experience anecdotals with the rest of us!!!! 5) Ponder over the Multitude of aftermarket mods, Vs. the "Miles to Re-Sale Value" quotient. 6) Be right where you started. Back to the Future. Welcome, Friend!!

So... pretty much what I've had to do with the Monaro then?
![]() I'm happy to do that - in fact, the Camaro is SO much more attractive because I know I can buy it, change it, tune it, personalise it to my tastes (subtle...) and it'll still be affordable. Gotta love that.

Thats easily one of the most beautfil things I have ever seen. I have been registered here for a while, but I never comment. But now... I just had to share it with someone how gorgeous I think that is. Wow... I'm literally in shock.

Heh - well, the Monaro is nearly stock (see my signature) but I've spent a long time looking at costs for things like superchargers, wheels, brakes, suspension etc.
In this case, with less than 1000 cars in the country, it's a very expensive game. For some reason the hub layout (bolt pattern, offset etc) is unique and makes wheels almost impossible to source. We have specialists doing exhausts, suspension and brakes (brakes, being AP are $5000 in your money) and superchargers are about $12k in your money. So, mine has stayed relatively simple - just tightened up the handling and made it a little noisier. With the Camaro being one of these "global brand" cars, if it appears here with the steering wheel on the correct side for our roads, we shall see HUGE aftermarket add-ons. Cheaper too since GM want to sell 100k+ of these things. I cannot wait to see what happens!

I sure do hope that the wheels are bigger than the 245's. Perhaps this is a V6 model. I also like how the exhaust tips have seemed to change in these pics. Overall -
