Looking at and thinking about the 1LE...for the $40K I think I could take a 1SS and add full Pedders, forged wheels & 6 pot front brakes...hmmmm any thoughts?

It was an accident. My foot fell a sleep. My shoe got stuck to the floor. The accelerator malfunctioned. It wasn't my fault

I am seriously screwed. 600 normally aspirated RWHP through a Tranzilla with custom gears and a LPE 9" is viciously wicked bad axx FAST. The PUSA Camaro was very fast with 568 ProCharger RWHP. Compared to the L/28 it would feel like the 6 cylinder. The L/28 is your wildest dreams fast because it is setup to use all 600 RWHP.

ZL1

L/28

There are three ways to look at the 1LE. It is a budget ZL1, it is a normally aspirated road course car ready to go or my personal favorite the best platform on the planet to build your own version of the Ultimate Camaro. Add a L/28 motor, full Pedders, the front six pots and you have this on wheels.

I spent my time optimizing the L/28 suspension. Cross Weight %age 49.9 / 50/.1 track ready with the driver and fuel. The front wheel L to R difference is 8 pounds. We were able to get these results withOUT moving any weight around in the car. There is nothing refined about the L/28 it is pure smash mouth in your face kick axx visceral ecstasy.

Pete, I appreciate the update.

What is the Curb for the L/28?

Any recent or current performance data?

Number 3, "stirring the pot"? Now you're treading in my area of expertise...

And where do you check the block for the Kate option? I didn't see that anywhere on the sheet!

I agree and it should be with 305/30/19s. We would have it on the ground throwing sparks under hard braking!

My back no longer enjoys racing. When the Disciples were at Spring Mountain I was able to take out a ZL1 for a few hot laps on a track I was very familiar with until the "g" forces ended my day.

Back surgery strengthened 2 vertebra, but didn't help the others. I miss Spring Mountain and Willow Springs terribly (my 2 favorite tracks).

My Z06 is back to street configuration and my ZL1 will never see the track (so sad).

There are other qualified ladies, give them a chance. More people should take advantage of the wonderful Road Tracks available across the country.

Can't wait for you to build these cars. Bring more people into our wonderful sport.

Janet

Kastherine Legge comes to mind. Seems as though she's been forced to share her IndyCar ride. Even though the ride's sponsor was one SHE found.

That +525 RWHP forged NA 418. But we are in ZL1 cost territory for a car worth $40,000.

Still, isn't life for living?
