Let me know how well you do backing into a parking spot between two cars with your mirrors like that.

My 2000 Mustang has a pretty bad blind spot so i'm not thinking the Camaro will be that much worse. The shoulders of the car are going to take some getting used to though.

Sitting in the car is one thing, but I want to know what its like to actually be merging into traffic with this car with such limited rear visibility. Is this something you get used to? Also, what's it like to back into tight parking spots with this car? I'm used to driving small cars with great rear visibility, so I have a few concerns. Perhaps some current owners of the car can shed some light on this. Just wondering.
That's what spotters are for!!

Here's a question for those that have it already.

What's it like when you pull up to a drive-thru ATM? That must be a nightmare!

Very well. You own a viper long enough, you could parallel park a tank.

Oh come on, everyone knows tanks don't parallel park, they just run over the cars in their way

Sit up straight, adjust your mirrors CORRECTLY and it isn't an issue. If you do that stupid gangsta lean in this car, you won't see over the beltline, much less anything around you. You won't have good control of the car anyway. And with mirrors, I think the problem is so many people don't have them adjusted correctly. You shouldn't see the body of the car at all in the mirror. It is always there, always in the same place. Why do you need to see that. Position the mirror so that the inner-most edge is just about the show the farthest edge of the body and the vast majority of your blind spot will be fixed.

Go to a military surplus store and buy a periscope. Cut a hole in the roof and install. Problem solved.

It's not great, but it is better than you might expect. Can be done with minimal fuss.

Not been a problem for me and that's being honest. You see the hood and while it's pretty big looking out front, going in a drive-thru isn't any different than any other car.

The Camaro has a different look from inside than any car I've drove. That I will say...but once you learn to adjust the mirrors and you learn the front of the car, it's not anything to worry about.

I feel very confident with what is behind me, beside me as well. Going thru drive-thrus and ATM machines as well!

I back into my parking spot everyday...no different than I use to do with my other car.

Only thing I can think of is folks who have drove pick ups may find the view, front, rear and sides a bit small compared to what they are use too. But honestly, IMO, it's not anything to concern yourself over with unless you simply must have that same view as your truck!

The only thing I'll need to worry about is the position of the rear-view mirror because that's what everyone's going to be in when I'm driving the SS!
