Hid halo lights?
My boyfriend currently has hid lights but is interested in getting halos. I'm taking him to Vegas for his birthday and while we're away I'd like to get them put on for him. The accent color on his car is blue and I would like to get blue halos. I know that he likes his hid lights and was wondering if I can get color halo lights that are hid. I know i have to get dual colors as the blue lights are illegal to drive around with but I don't know what I should be asking for at the shop.I can't ask him directly because I want it to be a surprise. Please help. Any reccommendations are appreciated

Really depends on how much you want to spend. You could go with the blue/white oracle halos. If your asking if the white will match your bf's hids, it really depends how blue his hids are. Anything over 6000K and the halos won't match because the halos are more on the white side than the blue. Also, if you don't mind spending a little more, you could go with either Oracle or Flashtech RGB halos. These allow the halo to be changed to any color via a controller box. I recommend these because the blue/white dual color halos look "dotty". The reason for this is that the blue /white halos leds alternate in colors. One led is blue and then the next is white then the next is blue and so on. This makes the halo look a little spotty. The RGB halos have leds that all light up the same color so it makes the halo look like a smooth ring of light. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to pm me

Does he have projectors or just the halogen housing with hids? AAC and flash tech have halo options that have to be self installed unless you want to pay hundreds more on top of the price of the halos call those. Companys and im sure you an figure something out

I believe he has 8000K. Somebody else had recommended the oracle 2.0 colorshift and I think that's what I may go with. As for whether or not he has halogen housing or projectors I'm not sure what he has. I appreciate the input though, and my boyfriend will appreciate it in about a month

Go with the Oracle colorshift 2.0 ones. You won't regret it. Does he have the RS package? If he does than he has the OEM HID headlights

Does his car have either RS badges or does the roof all look the same color or are there two strips of black along the edges of the roof. If there are no RS badges and he has the black roof ditch moulding then he has a non-RS. It is important to know which model car he has because which halo you order will depend on this. The non-RS halo is bigger than the RS halo I believe.

His car does not have the RS package. Here are some new pictures of his car. He's putting in a knight rider light today and I'll be sure to post pics of the new halos when it's done. Thanks for the link AAC. I was already set to order from you guys
