My misunderstanding. I think the new Jag could be out in time to grab the honour.

Car is awesome! One of the tightest most well balanced pony cars I've driven! And I've driven them all but the ZL1. And even though its still heavy
at 3,500lbs. it's a feather weight compared to the Shelby and Camaro.

Love the Boss.............Especially in Competition Orange........Been checking them out the last few weeks pretty hard....Very Tempting , but the wife would not sign the title on the camaro if I wanted to trade. I think she has hid it from me ever since I mentioned the word "Boss" LoL

Thought about one last week. My local dealer has a 13 Boss wit Recaros school bus yellow for $43,500.00. I didn't get a chance to drive it as my wife reminded me that we needed seating for 5, but it sure was a pretty car.

Wish our pricing was similar. Fact is Chevy pricing north of the border is better than Fords.

A great story that shows why I love my car, and why I hate dealing with dealerships.

"Expecting the normal understeer that one might expect from a Mustang, I put my foot down in second gear and the rear end damn near came all the way around on me. This was not a pony car. This was a bigger, faster, and meaner looking S2000. I had to do my best to temper my downright joy and enthusiasm. The car was loud, yellow, and drove like nothing I’d ever driven before. When I put my foot on the gas in fourth gear, something actually happened. The 444 HP was usable throughout the entire powerband. The steering rack was nimble and responsive. No one-wheel death peel around corners. This was the car I’d been looking for my entire life and had never known that it existed."

I've said it before, if I was in the market for a new car right this second the Boss 302 would be at the top of my short list. I've never been one for flashy colors either, but I really like the Gotta Have It Green.

I've been thinking about a Gotta have it Green 2013 Boss but I heard its power starts to fall off around 110mph. I could slap on a 3.6L KB and trap 141 through the stock exhaust but that will set be back another $6k.

Maybe just a base GT in the same color maybe or a 1LE.

Hmmmmm.

Nope........I guess I'm gonna wait to see how the new IRS performs in the new mustang.

Maybe one of these years I will finally find the perfect car for me.

In dream land I would want a current GT500 (for its lighter weight) but with the Coyote's Ti-VCT technology on the 5.8L, turbos instead of supercharger, good light weight IRS, e85 flex fuel capabilities, no heat soak, dual clutch transmission like the GTR, ZR1's mag suspension and tires and an electronic differential with 458 like 2wd launch control.

THEN I WILL BE SATISFIED

I think I could've dealt with the black with red stripe, but the red wheels added to it. Sorry. Now I like what they did with the current one I saw on Ford's website, black with the gray strip and the gray wheels. Now that was nice...not to busy looking. Still an awesome car. Come'on 1LE.

I would like to see the Camaro 1LE's, but I am Rock36. The Boss 302 is at the top of my list, especially after seeing these suckers perform out at the track. They're simply amazing.

I really like the look of the black/red BOSS. If I bought one, it would be that color combo to go with my Chevelle.
