Any ideas on what this ticking could be

Not sure if you'll be able to notice it, it sounds better on my phone, but there's a ticking...kind of like something spinning in a chamber and it's hitting a wall on each revolution that goes faster as I accelerate and slows down as the car decelerates. I've had it before and I got a new drive belt put on and that fixed it for a while, but it's back apparently . When I start the car up it ticks pretty fast, and then starts to slow down. I'd like to avoid having to get a new belt because it wasn't under warranty since it was just the belt, and obviously it's something more than just the belt. So any advice is greatly appreciated.

Oil level is fine, which seems weird since it's been a while since its last change, and I don't have any lights or anything so I assume the pressure is fine as well. Not sure how to check that since I don't have the gauge cluster.

My car has made that exact same sound just not as loud since the day it left the dealership. My engine has been almost completely reworked and it still makes the sound. I used to freak out about it and would constantly check the oil. I have now chalked it up a syndrome of this engine like the old ford fan belt whine that wont go away. Hopefully you find out this nothing serious.

Sounds a lot like my car sounds right now and its a very small exhaust leak where my cats meet the manifold (I probably need a new gasket).

Its a bit different sound than the lifter tic in my case (and for what I can hear on the video) and it does go faster with RPM.

I would have to agree with Rumblbe. I have a 2012 SS and it makes a similar ticking sound which I freaked out about immediately. With less than 200 miles I had it back at my dealer for them to listen to and they told me it was normal fuel injector noise. I went a step further and met up with LS3 owner who let let me listen to his car (2010) and his car made the noise. I ran into another SS owner at a restaurant as he was going in. I asked him about the ticking for a third opinion and he also said his made a ticking noise from day one. Hope that helps ease your mind. I myself still find it a little annoying.

I have a question for all the guys hearing the ticking noise...

Have you removed the hood liner and engine cover?

I have and ever since i've heard the ticking noise as well.

Never heard of that before. It has been a while since my last change so maybe I'll take it in and have them change the oil and see if that's the problem. Hope it's fixable...I personally find it incredibly annoying. I guess if it's not fixable it'll give me all the more reason to put headers on to drown it out
