I'm hoping a $3 raffle ticket on a New Jersey Boardwalk will get me a possibly SLP enhanced ZL1. ok fine I am getting a few hundred bucks worth of tickets so its gonna be more then $3. I blame it on my love for the ZL1.

Rick is my salesman, he is the guy who got me my 2010. I can vouch for Rudolph any day, best customer service ever. If this had happened, there the car would probably no longer be on the dealer lot, Im thinking it would have bene auctioned off as a bargain.

I don't see how a dealer can get away with something like this, I doubt the car will sell but just the intent of selling it they should be ashamed. I Said it once and I will say it agian, we should start a petition to GM, to not allow this dealer to sell high end cars.

I own a transport company. Here is what "might" happen. Because the vehicle was never checked in at the dealership. It was never received and put on the retail market. I am not sure of the technical terms. I do know one of my drivers damaged the front suspension on a brand new 2008 Impala before it could be inspected at the receiving dealership. Because of liability GM took the car back and charged my insurance $16,000 for their cost into the car. Then they provided documentation that the car was crushed or sold to a educational institution for teaching purposes and can never be titled or driven. I'm sorry to say but there is a good chance it gets crushed, or never put back on the street. Just too much liability. What a waste.

Actually, just an FYI, news groups never broadcast individual suicide stories as an agreement w/law enforcement. They found it encourages them if people get attention from a suicide & it can also get them sued. Now to get back on track.

You got to be kidding, this is a dealership that had mark ups when the Camaro first came out, and did not want to give any incentives that were due to a customer. Service and Parts Dept are great, but sales is another question.

I certainly wouldn't purchase a car that a salesman was allowed to joyride in.
Ordered our 2010 2SS/RS and waited 3 months to get it, Misty my sales person let the driver off load it from the truck and she would not let anyone else drive it! She drove it to service and when PDI was done SHE filled it with 93 Sonoco. We picked it up 45 min later. There are good sales people out there.

odd... i purchased my first camaro there without any problems. The car got totalled a month after driving it when some old lady ran a stop sign and i hit her going 60 mph. As soon as her insurance gave me the money for my totalled car i called back said they had one, they helped me out and walked out with my second camaro that same day. Keep in mind this was back in 2010 when it was almost impossible to get one if you hadnt placed an order for one.
