I've had quite a few people tell me that getting a yellow Camaro is lame. I ignored them all and they can make fun of me if they want. I'm still going to enjoy the car immensely!

That is living your life. The color effects your mood not just what others think.

It's probably your 2nd biggest purchase if new so color would be very important.

Also has an effect on the temp of your interior if outdoors vs garaged. It's a complex decision.

I think IOM is the best color to show of the car from every angle. And hey, sometimes it looks more red and then it looks more orange. it is like you have two cars, not bad.

Mine is VR and it stands out like nothing else. people dig it (not that i care what people think) but people will not leave me alone. its kinda cool!!!!

red is the classic muscle car color get red and tell your friends that want a ride to find another black camaro owner to give them a ride. i got orange cause i wanted hugger orange but the IOM just is amazing in person and its what i wanted. some people told me to get red or black or blue. and i was like its my 40,000 dollar dream car so i am getting what i want. as far as stripes do it i think it makes it look better.

When most people think muscle car they think red because it is hard to beat. I ordered IOM because orange is my favorite color but I have to admit I almost choose red. I past a red one a couple of days ago headed in the other direction and I ran off the road trying to get a better look. It stood out so much. I could see the color before I could tell what kind of car it was. You are the one that has to live with the color a few months down the road so get what you want. Your friends may bother you but 9 times out of 10 their just jealous. I also have never heard of red being a gay color. I am a girl and two guy friends that I went to college with are gay and they both drive dark colored vehicles. I won't say what color because I'm not trying to start a war but they both say they don't like bright colored vehicles. Good luck in deciding.

I've seen almost every color available (no ABM yet) and they all look good. I think they need stripes to break up the solid color, but that is just opinion.

If you're that self conscious about your car, don't get a Camaro, people will be all over you about it.
