Paul and I talked at length about the ICE last night and we believe we don't really need a Prez right now.

For the most part everyone does a pretty good job getting together and spreading the love of the ICE.

We also have approved business cards everyone can print out for themselves and we will have our t-shirts in hand pretty soon.

I'd say we're pretty well set as a club.



I make a motion to have meetings/get togethers at Meskwaki since it is roughly 45 minutes from just about everyone and it's got a pretty dog gone good buffet.

Anyone second that?

I think we would need a web site before a Prez. it is a little confusing using this site/thread as our web site there is just to much going on here. Anything I can do to help just ask

We're trying to stay away from a website for cost reasons. We'd like to keep membership free.

If we start charging fees then we lose members and potential members.

The business cards and t-shirts are voluntary things.

The only requirement for our club is love of the Camaro. Members need not own one.

Jason has stepped up to run the email for the club.

As far as everything else, it will be a true democracy where each member has a vote and majority rules.

A Facebook page would be good and its FREE.

We could appoint someone as the administrator of the page to be in charge of all the updating and stuff.

Count me out though. I don't have the time or a Facebook account(don't want one either).

Just make sure pictures and events posted can be viewed by non-members of Facebook like when you post pictures of the shows.

Paul that would be great to have a Facebook site.Our company gets double sided cards for about $20.00 per thousand. I would be willing to donate the first 2000. Let me know if you want them I'll send in an order. I am getting some done for my self to hand out.

loha! been sorta busy lately, caught a case of forced unemployment Sunday so I did what any self respecting man would do - went to the drag strip.

Super Crew started out a little weak, had to give it a few mild passes before i beat on it just to get back in the swing of things. 15.2 @89 / very next pass was a 14.78 @ 93

best pass ended up being the 14.08 @ 101 / the 14.11 I hit 103 mph though.

I gotta round up some snow tires. 2.5 60' constantly, they aren't going to get much better just because my truck is extremely nose biased. But every little bit helps.

13's are so close, need to get one of these dumb little projects completed so I can get it. Hell better temps probably would've done it, it was 90 degrees and windy out there.

ok guys and gals ! steve is gonna try and set up a facebook page for the ice club im still looking in to an official web page but lets just go with this for now ! steve if you do cards please let us know if we can make contributions and how much and to let all the out of town guys know the gathering at the grounds season finale is sunday july 15 11am to 5 pm hope to see some of you guys make it but im not gonna get all bent if you cant make it just putting that out there ! would be great to see a row of about 15 or more 5th gens at the grounds ! it was good to see dennis, bob and steve tonight and hope to see the three of you sat. at the church show lets meet at the caseys store cross corner from shoppers around 10:00 if that works if not just show when you can !
