Personally, I think the list is updated based on cars that are being delivered. Seems like to me that they update their website once the cars are going out for the most part. There was a car at my dealership that was produced a month ago, didn't show up on the list until last week, and sure enough this week it was delivered to the customer. Obviously there's no way for me to know for sure, but I would guess this database will be mostly cars that are in transit to their final destination.

Maybe, but my sticker has been visible for weeks (literally) and my car is in Oshawa as I type this message. So, it might be a general guide but is by no means the rule or the standard.

What's strange is mine was built before the #1 at the dealership, which went to 3000 in mid-March. Mine went 3000 over a month later, yet was built first.

Finally vin 9928 on its way to San Diego. Dealer said it should be here next weekend. Ordered October 13th.

I wanted to thank you for having this site available. I ordered my 2010 on October 17, 2008, IOM 2SS BLK Stripes. Last week I got the vin numer from my sales rep and he told me just yesterday, I should take delivery next week. Vin #9738

I'm in the same boat. Mine was the third one made and is gonna be there first. Dealer said today it should be monday or tuesday.

that is exactly what is going on at my dealership.....the second car was bayed for a short period of time and the third car is being shipped immediately while mine sits bayed since 3-19-09
