I just want to clarify something. I would not just install those rocker arms. You will be puting more stress on the pushrod and the bolt that holds the rocker arm in place. You will also be opening the valve quicker and farther. You will be gambling if you just install the rockers. It might last 5000 miles, or it might last 5 miles. The extra money you spend now might save you a lot of money later on. My car had less than 2000 miles on it when I installed that valve train. I never considered just installing the roller rockers.

you've got a good point. might as well do it right from the start as im not a fan of dropping grenades in the motor or re-doing work. thanks again butcher. i'll probably be bugging you with more questions once i start.
