Thats what he told me, that you had to wait for someone to retire so they would let you in the group. Been playing for like 20 years $10 a week. I guess one guy just got in 3 years ago and there is one couple that is in it so they will get like 10 million. He didnt say anything about them showing up, but he has been on vacation.
