Pros and cons of rewiring the lights?
I have a 2LT/RS. I really think the halos should be the DRLs and the DRLs should be fogs. I think there is a harness to make this happen (may have to change the DRL bulbs and add a switch). Any problems with doing this? Will the Halos wear out prematurely? Will I have to change out the entire DRL fixture?

I just purchased the halo kits for mine and was thinking the exact same thing.

The Halos will last for a very long time. Why rewire those? One click of the knob to the right and they are on. As for the DRL's, probably not too difficult to replace with fogs and add a switch.
I am sure others will chime in. |

phaseteckperformance.com has a kit that you connect the halos to the fog lights and you can actually use the fog lights for fog lights. it makes it so they come on when your headlights turn on.
