My handheld scanner gets that frequency so ill be able to here what is going on. Injen CAI got delivered today and will be installed in the next couple hours. Car got waxed (thanks Ms Patfan1987) and vacuumed. WOOO Can't wait!

Yes, good point! If anyone has a handheld scanner you can probably tune it to 462.6625MHz and listen in.

In the past we calculated at least 5-10 bail due to last minute things that came up....Like me

Very observant We'll overcome any + or - in the outside circle by either squeezing in more cars or thinning them out. If we have even more, we'll make some "side rays" or something else creative. That's why we have the staging areas this year. We'll figure out what we need and call folks in one at a time. This way, it keeps the "pallet" clear of waiting cars.

I think it will work out pretty well. We'll see.

Canned message that I'll be reposting this on each page:
I have broken up the list by who will be meeting at which rally points (I used last year as a basis). I have a bunch of folks who I don't know where you'll be rallying, so please, check the lists on post #1 and let me know your rally point (you can post it right here).

Make sure you know the rally point times in post #1, and they are the times we will be leaving the rally points, so plan on getting there earlier. Also see the time note for the folks just going directly to the mall. Also, understand the plan for staging for the picture; with nearly 60 cars, getting everyone lined up and then out of the lot will need to be even more organized than last year.

Finally, as mentioned in my first post:
This is really important, especially for those of you meeting us at the show - When you fill out your registration, be sure to write in "NEC5" for the car club!!!
