Everyone, I'm working with Grand-Am and Chevrolet Marketing to finalize the corral activities and that will be posted within the next week. Likely there will be a team tour around 10:00-10:30 to start things off. I would like to try to encourage everyone to try and be there between 9:00-10:00. I would also appreciate a chance to get there beforehand to setup and organize parking...And, just to avoid confusion and possible erroneous info, I am be able to answer all questions about the weekend plans concerning the corral.

As of now, we will be waiting for the caravan at the Warners rest area. It looks like you will be there around 7am.

Mclark10 hi, so is it ok to enter and park in the corral at around 1:30pm.

Absolutely. We may be over at Mitchum Motorsports at that time. We'll look for you. We have 34 cars signed up so far and space for about 50. There will be signs to direct you to the corral area. There's a corral map on this thread back a couple of pages. See you guys there.

Ok, it looks like we have 4-5 groups forming up. In order to give Mark a little time to setup his end and make a show of it. We will all be meeting at the Wal Mart on 414 in Watkins Glen starting at 0800. Then we can all go in together. Most groups should arrive around 0830 I'm guessing. If you would like us to wait for your group, let us know here.

Southern Tier, I'll be leaving Corning Glass Works parking lot, where the shuttle buses drop, at 0730 for the trip to Wal Mart.

The weather is looking better, 87 pcldy on Sat and 83 sunny on Sunday! Let's hope that holds true, it's still a week away, who knows?

Probably setting it up Friday to be open on Saturday. I'll find out later this week.

Just canceled hotel room available at host hotel,2 double beds $109.95. Before anyone asks probably will still go to WGI.

I plan on attending but since my leaky convertible is still at the dealer I won't be able to bring my car. I was hoping to still park with you guys with my brother-in-law's Pontiac Solstice. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys for the first time.

Would arriving at 9:30 be too late to park inside?

I'm in the middle of a GM buy back and will be ordering my 2013 convertible probably this week.
