Hello,

I took delivery a bit over a week ago; let me tell you, this is one very, very nice car; Chevrolet did it right and it was worth the long, long wait! I cannot tell you how many people are chasing me to get a view and pictures and coming up to me to tell me how nice it looks!

Love the car. Unfortunately it broke down 1.5 days after I got it with a stripped axle. Now if they can only get the part to get it fixed...but the car is HOT!

I picked up my Camaro on May 20th at 2:30 pm. i absolutely LOVE this car and love driving it!

the only complaint i would have is the visors-they're so tiny and don't really block the sun-but oh well.
i don't get some of the reactions that other camaro5 members have (like being followed haha ) but ppl definitely stare when they see it drive by and wanna come look at it. mine was the first to come in in my area and my dealer said the day it came in, word got spread it was there and they had about 260+ people come just to look at it. i'm having trouble getting pics on here though...any suggestions?

Today is the first time in a long time I wished my 1 hour commute to work was longer to enjoy my Camaro... now I can't wait to end the day to get back on the road !

Arrived at my Dealer (Wayne Thomas Chevrolet,Asheboro N.C.)@ 7:00am today (5/26/09)

. General Sales Mgr Don Wilburn my salesman Hilton Hayes have been fantastic,Hilton stopped what he was doing this morning and took the car to the wash bay and he washed it himself. Its having the stripes installed today, I will pick up tomorrow and post pics with the stripes installed.

Purchased from Performance Chevrolet in Parsons, WV...P.S. They were awesome, ask for Dave!!!

ZZcamaro, I am pissed cause you did not come and let us know on the bayed list thread..... Oh well, I guess I dont care too much cause....I got mine today too.....! IBM 2SS/RS. This is absolutely the most fun car I have ever driven, God knows my intentions on the break in were good but I have to say I might have cheated just a little. This is absolutely a day I will remember for the rest of my life. Picked it up at about 5 pm and seven hours later still grinning. And ZZ I will modify and post your new baby tomorrow. Congrats.
