If you ran in the 12s and below you had to have a helmet and there could not be a passenger. If you ran in the 10s you had to have some type of cage.

They have a rules section but some of them seemed a little confusing cause I don't really know all the "lingo" used at a drag strip. I guess the best thing to do would to call them and ask them when they are open for public use and all that stuff.

O I am 90% sure I saw that on their schedule or somewhere on the website. Yea the next "Test and Tune" is July 29th. Then another Sept 23rd, and the last is Oct 21st.

Ran into a super slick 67 at tops today (not literally) :-) told him about our club If you see an orange 67 out at the beach give him a nice welcome!


As far as esta, for test and tune I think its 50 bucks for the day starts at 10 or 11 am. Rules didn't look too restrictive. I don't think any of us will be running 10's hehe so prob don't need helmets.

Idk I got some tricks up my sleeve jk lol. I wouldn't mind going I would like to see what my car can do and it would def be an interesting experience i've never had before.

Let me know when you are going to ESTA,I race my 36 ford street rod there.They open at 8am,time runs start at 9:30.Go on race day and run the trophy class,that's the class I run in.If you go on test and tune days you can get 4 or more runs down the track.If you have street tires on just drive around the water box.A couple of guys I know that race there will give some tips,they helped me out a lot,

was in bed by midnight , my beer suppliers car broke down she didnt get back till 230 this moning
