Just called GM Customer Service and spoke with a really nice lady by the name of Denise and she confirmed my car was born on the 25th of May. Thank you GM!!!!!!

I just called Customer Service. The lady was real nice. Amanda......she called the Dealer Business Center for me...still not built...no further information.......I'm sad......

Customer Service (today) told me that the car is "ready to be shipped" but could give me no other information.

Mine is still at 3800, but in transit. Was shipped out May 22nd.

I love being close to Canada! She is here!!!

So, the answer, yes, you can still be at 3800 and vehicle shows up unexpectedly.

Looks like I reached 3000 a couple of weeks after you guys so fingers crossed for next week. I was given a TPW of 6/1 so.....things might be linning up just as expected......

My IOM 2SS was pulled on Thursday PM 5/21. Order date 10/15.

2SS, 6M, IO Interior and trim, Polished wheels, white rally stripes

So...are people actually getting useful information from the 800 # now that their cars are built? i.e. "it passed QC", "ready to ship", "on it's way", etc. Just curious...

Wow finally moved!!!!!! 3300 as of today, 5-26. Went to 3000 on 4-20.

I don't know how good the info is...........

, I called today and was told it had left Canada last week, and he didn't have any tracking info other than, it should be delivered this week.....

. I called my dealer and he said nothing has changed on the status codes..... so i'm not sure what to believe, but most everybody else has had theirs delivered within 2 weeks after production.... IMO

Thanks...yeah I'm still at 3800, and my dealer isn't the most informed. I have a feeling it's gonna be "surprise, its here", but it'd be nice to have a little more warning, as I'm going to be out of town a bunch these next 10 days.

again fellas, my 7553 is showing 3800 with an estimated delivery date of 6/11/09....................and it's in my garage!

i think the line and process are moving faster than the system tracks them!
